Olivier Gomis refund policy
Returns accepted by the merchant are for defective or damaged items only.
We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item you purchased is defective or damaged. If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us at contact.oliviergomis@gmail.com and provide details of the product and the defect.
We will then advise you on how to return the product.
When we receive the returned product, we will examine it and notify you by e-mail, within a reasonable period of time, if you are entitled to a refund or exchange due to the defect. If you are entitled to an exchange or refund, we will replace the product or refund the purchase price (depending on the original method of payment).
Shipping costs you have already paid are non-refundable (except under specific conditions) and refunded amounts will not include the cost of shipping. A period of 15 working days after receipt of our email may elapse before you see the refund on your statement.
