2. Scope of application
These General Terms and Conditions apply to all sales concluded via our website. They are accepted by the customer upon validation of the order.
3. Products
The essential characteristics of the products are presented on our website. Photographs have no contractual value.
4. Prices
Prices are quoted in euros, or in your local currency, inclusive of all taxes. They do not include delivery charges, which are invoiced in addition, or any international taxes and customs duties. These, if applicable, will be charged to the purchaser.
5. Orders
Orders are considered final upon receipt of full payment. We reserve the right to refuse any order for legitimate reasons.
6. Payment
Payment is made online by credit card or any other method offered on our site. Payment is debited when the order is validated.
7. Delivery
Delivery times and costs are indicated during the ordering process. In the event of a significant delay, the customer will be informed by e-mail.
8. Right of withdrawal
In accordance with article L121-20 of the French Consumer Code, the customer has a period of 14 days from receipt of the products to exercise his right of withdrawal, without having to justify his decision or pay any penalties.
9. Returns and refunds
Products must be returned in their original condition and complete. Return shipping costs are at the customer's expense. Refunds will be made within 14 days of receipt of returned products.
10. Warranties
All our products are covered by the legal guarantee of conformity and the guarantee against hidden defects.
11. Liability
We cannot be held liable in the event of force majeure or the unforeseeable and insurmountable act of a third party to the contract.
12. Intellectual property rights
All elements of the website are and remain the exclusive intellectual property of GOMIS LLARGUES OLIVIER.
13. Personal data
The personal data collected is necessary to process the order and to manage our commercial relations. In accordance with the French Data Protection Act, you have the right to access, rectify and object to data concerning you.
14. Disputes
In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought before any legal action is taken. Failing this, the French courts will have sole jurisdiction.
15. Applicable law
These GCS are governed by French law.
16. Modification of the GTC
We reserve the right to modify these GTC at any time. The applicable terms and conditions are those in force on the date of the order. By placing an order on our site, you acknowledge that you have read and accepted all of these terms and conditions.
