Orders and payments

Any order placed on our website constitutes a contract between you and our company. Prices are quoted in euros by default, but may be converted to your your local currency, inclusive of all taxes. Payment is made at the time of order by the means proposed on our site.

Delivery

Delivery times and costs are indicated during the ordering process. We do our utmost to respect the delivery times announced, but cannot be held responsible for delays beyond our control.

Right of withdrawal and returns

In accordance with current legislation, you have a period of 14 days from receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal, without having to justify your decision or pay any penalties. You are responsible for return shipping costs.

Warranties and liability

Our products are covered by the legal guarantee of conformity and the guarantee against hidden defects. We cannot be held liable in the event of force majeure or the unforeseeable and insurmountable act of a third party.

Disputes
