Processing times

We generally process orders within 1 to 3 working days of receiving your payment. During busy periods, such as the holiday season, this time may be slightly extended.

Shipping methods

We offer several shipping options:

Standard delivery France: 3-5 working days
Standard European delivery: 5-7 working days
International standard delivery: 7-14 working days
Customized high-volume delivery: lead time variable

The times mentioned above are in addition to the order processing time.

Shipping costs

Shipping costs are calculated according to the weight of your order and the shipping method you choose. The exact amount will be indicated during the checkout process, before you validate your basket.

International delivery

We currently ship to metropolitan France and certain European and international countries. For international deliveries, customs duties and taxes may apply. These charges are at the customer's expense and are not included in the price displayed on our site.

Order tracking

A tracking number will be sent to you by e-mail as soon as your package is dispatched. You can track the progress of your order using this number on the carrier's website.

Delivery delays and problems

Although we make every effort to meet delivery deadlines, delays may occasionally occur due to circumstances beyond our control. If you have not received your order on time, please do not hesitate to contact us.

Damaged or lost parcels

If your parcel arrives damaged, please inform us immediately. We will ask you to provide us with photos of the parcel and its contents so that we can process your claim with the carrier. In the event of a lost parcel, we will investigate with the carrier and keep you informed of the steps taken.
